If you sit at a desk all day, your posture won’t fix itself.

Most people try to correct it by “sitting up straight”…

That lasts about 10 minutes.

The real issue is strength.

When your upper back is weak, your body falls into that slouched position.
When it’s strong, better posture becomes natural.

That’s why we focus on pulling movements like rows and pull-ups — building the muscles that actually hold you upright.

“It’s not scary… that’s what surprised me most.” 😱

Maeve has been training at STRONGER for the last 12 months.

Like a lot of people, she’d tried different gyms before — commercial gyms, classes, even CrossFit. But nothing really stuck.

What changed?

🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM STRONGER

We’re removing weights from all sessions.

From next week, all sessions will be replaced with:

• 30 mins stretching
• 15 mins breathing work
• 10 mins reflection

No barbells.
No dumbbells.
No lifting.

We believe this will help members feel more “relaxed” and “zen”.

APRIL FOOLS 😅

Weights aren’t going anywhere.
