February Strength Block 💪

From Tuesday 3rd Feb, we’re switching things up again.

This month, the focus is strength first.

Each session will start with one main lift, working 3 sets of 6 reps.
Lower reps mean higher intensity — so expect to go heavier than usual.

Then comes the fun part 👇
Set 4 = burnout set
• Drop the weight to 50% of what you just lifted
• Go for as many reps as you can
• Yes — you’ll feel it

This setup builds strength and pushes muscle endurance without turning sessions into chaos.

Quick reminders:
• Arrive 5 minutes early
• Warm up properly through the movements
• Choose burnout weights smart — form first

Strong work, big effort, done properly.

You start with good intentions.
Then life gets busy. Energy dips. One missed session turns into two.
