This day 10 year ago I was at a night out in our local Gaa club …. I remember going but it was a blur , caught in a haze of grief as it was soon after losing my brother … I hated every single second all the pics that showed up on my memories today have a smile on my face and different friends kissing my face …. Eyes don’t lie tho I was just functioning …. This was just the start of my spiral that took 3 year to start moving away from and added 3 more stone onto me …. I gave up on me … but fast forward 3 years and I found a focus and I used that focus of Unislim , the focus of better health, the focus of change to pull myself out of this hell I was locked in … was it easy ?? No ….. was it worthwhile?? Always …. Do I ever regret it ?? Are you kidding me? Will I even go back …. It’s possible if I stop putting me at top of my list … which is why I reset every single day … no guilt … life’s hard enough … freedom to forgive yourself and go again …

If so, I’m pleading with you to take control of the situation, you don’t need to be losing masses of weight every week, but you do need to tune into your habits.....because if your current habits are ultimately causing your unrest, they need attention....life is too feckin short guys. It really is.

You want to get the best out if this life. So whether that’s accepting and loving yourself where you are, or making the necessary changes to be closer to where you need to be....you’ve got to make that choice.

ASK YOURSELF WHAT REALLY IS STOPPING 🫵 FROM PUSHING THROUGH?

Out celebrating 7yr since I joined unislim and turned my life round… it’s not all about the scales or how I look in the mirror … it begins in the head and how I feel about me … the 19st version of me 7yr ago had no idea life could be so good ….. grateful
