This just appeared on my Facebook memories … I didn’t even know I had it !!! Nobody could have told me in the Feb when I joined I’d end year 6st 8lb lighter …. They also couldn’t have told me I’d become a leader … my passion for helping myself and for helping others hasn’t changed 1 bit … I’m more determined then ever … I meant it when I said I refuse to go back and here we are 6 years later I still refuse … yes I get knockbacks like us all … yes it’s not always easy … but it’s always worth it. I REFUSE TO GO BACK …. So delighted to see this that’s a visual of dedication and commitment to myself each month of the year !! Hard work pays off … following the balance plan pays off … and now I’m certain by following the BALANCE+ Plan you too can reach and stay at your goals … want it bad enough …. Want it so bad nothings gonna stop you ### let 2026 be your year fo you ### I EVEN REFUSED TO LET COVID STOP ME…. NEVER EXPECTED THAT CURVEBALL THE FOLLOWING YEAR
