May the New Year Be Kind to You

May the new year be kind to you.
May it unfold gently,
with moments of warmth that find you when you least anticipate them
and with simple lasting joys that deepen with time.

May there be peace in the ordinary days,
light in the heavier ones,
and kindness, given and received, woven through it all.

May you feel supported when you are tired,
hopeful when the road feels uncertain,
and grateful for the quiet blessings that often go unnoticed.

May what you carry become lighter,
what you seek come closer,
and what you love continue to grow.

And may this new year meet you with grace,
offering space to heal,
room to dream,
and the reassurance that good things are still finding their way to you.

When I say ‘happy new year’,
I’m not for a moment,
expecting this to occur,
for that is not possible,
a year must be all things.

Happiness must come and go,
like the tides and the winds,
just as sadness,
and all the emotions in between.

When I say ‘happy new year’,
I’m really wishing you,
a baseline of peace,
of gratitude.

Because if you can sit with these things,
for the most part,
happiness will thrive,
when it does arrive,
and sadness will know its place in the mix.

If you can nourish these things,
daily,
you will also grow hope,
for it flourishes in such soil.

And hope is the key,
to this enigmatic state
of ‘happiness’ we seek.

When I say ‘happy new year’,
I’m really wishing you more happy days,
than sad days,
more joy than misery,
more laughter than tears…
and the wisdom to accept,
that they all belong.

Happy new year, my friends.
Happy new year.

– you want community without pressure
This could be a really lovely way to welcome the New Year.

€70 = 2 tickets (kids & teens go free)

The day includes yoga, movement, breathwork, cacao and women’s circles — a full day of nourishment and connection.

A New Year's Blessing

May this new year unfold with light and promise.
May your body feel strong, your mind feel clear
and your heart remain open to possibility.

May you awaken with purpose in your breath
and rest at night knowing you did enough.

May opportunity meet your effort,
patience walk beside ambition,
and challenges sharpen you
without ever hardening you.

May laughter arrive often and stay awhile.
May love, old and new, grow deeper, truer.

May you give freely without losing yourself,
and receive fully, without hesitation.

And when the road bends without warning,
may you trust the strength you’ve earned
and the wisdom you carry to guide you.

May this be a year of steady growth,
honest joy, and gentle courage,
a future that feels not only hopeful,
but open and welcoming too.

The practice of meditation is both ancient and profoundly modern. Science now confirms what wisdom traditions have long known: regular meditation rewires the brain, calms the nervous system, and restores the body’s natural ability to heal.

When we meditate we move from reactivity to response from a mind driven by habit to one guided by clarity. The benefits are practical and measurable: less stress, better sleep, improved focus, greater emotional resilience, and an expanded capacity for compassion.

Try this micro practice today: sit quietly for five minutes, follow the breath, notice the first thought that arises, let it pass, return to the breath. That small return is the work of transformation.
