With over 20 years of hand balance teaching experience and a background in elite competitive gymnastics, Sainaa is one of the most reputable names in the field. His mission is to help people achieve their handstand goals, while having fun!

Sainaa welcomes all levels, and encourages complete beginners to join, so don’t let that stop you, you have to start somewhere!
A lot of the workshop is spent prepping the body for being upside down with conditioning exercises and plenty of fun drills. While you may not go home with a free standing handstand, you certainly will leave with all the inspiration, motivation, knowledge and drills to send you on your way! The rest is up to YOU! This Sunday 1 - 4pm 🤸🏾‍♀️

For all our HOT classes you will need a yoga mat, a long towel to cover your mat, some water, and yourself! For the flow classes, make sure to also grab 2 blocks from the trolley. For the Hot26 you won’t need any blocks!
