Sainaa welcomes all levels, and encourages complete beginners to join, so donโt let that stop you, you have to start somewhere!
A lot of the workshop is spent prepping the body for being upside down with conditioning exercises and plenty of fun drills. While you may not go home with a free standing handstand, you certainly will leave with all the inspiration, motivation, knowledge and drills to send you on your way! The rest is up to YOU!
