My work didn’t start inside a wellness room. It started in places where people carry pain quietly, and where the body tells the truth long before the voice does.
In Brazil, I worked in public hospitals and learned that caring for someone is about much more than technique. It’s about dignity, presence and listening. My internship in a juvenile prison showed me how trauma settles into young bodies that were never given a soft place to land.
When I came to Ireland, my work in childcare taught me how early experiences shape our nervous system for life. Later, supporting migrant women opened my eyes to the weight of invisible labour, the loneliness of starting over and the courage it takes to rebuild a life far from home. Those women taught me strength in ways I will never forget.
And then there’s my own story. Losing my children, Beatriz and Kaique, changed everything about the way I understand healing. Grief taught me to sit with pain without rushing it, to honour stories that live deep in the body and to hold space with a different kind of compassion.
Today, all of this shapes the way I care for the people who come to me. Through massage, stretching, corrective techniques and grounding touch, I try to create a space where your body feels understood, not judged. I don’t see “tight muscles.” I see the life behind them. I see what you’ve been carrying.
If you’re looking for a place where your body can soften, release and be met with real presence, my new home at Workhub is open to you.
Send me a message if you’d like to book a session. 💛
