January is a great time to invest extra time in physical activity. To maintain optimal health, you should be active at least five days a week for about 30-40 minutes. For some, this will be a challenge, for others, less so.
Start with one small change this week. A walk is better than no walk, a 20-minute jog or bike ride is always better than nothing. Put on your runners, dust off the jump rope, take the stairs instead of the elevator. Make your first change today.
