Second full week back at school — is everyone finding their routine yet?

Getting into the swing of early mornings, lunches, and school runs can feel like a marathon. If it’s still a bit chaotic in your house, you’re not alone!

A predictable morning routine can make a big difference and can take a lot of the stress out of the day.

Here’s a simple checklist you can use at home:

🎒 Pack school bag the night before
👕 Lay out uniform or clothes
🥪 Prepare lunch/snacks in advance
🛏️ Keep a regular bedtime and wake-up time
🍎 Eat a healthy breakfast
📖 Take 5 minutes for calm — chat, read, or quiet time
