💛 Endometriosis Awareness Month
For many women, endometriosis begins as pain that is often dismissed as “just a bad period.” But the reality is very different.
Endometriosis affects around 190 million women worldwide and can cause chronic pelvic pain, severe menstrual cramps, painful in*******se, fatigue, and digestive symptoms similar to Irritable Bowel Syndrome. According to the World Health Organization, diagnosis can take 7–10 years, leaving many women struggling to find answers.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, endometriosis is often understood as a pattern of Qi stagnation, blood stasis, and imbalance in the body. Treatments such as acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine aim to support circulation, reduce pain, and restore balance.
💛 This month is about listening, learning, and raising awareness so that fewer women suffer in silence.
