We are back to raise funds for .aid
Where:
Portmarnock beach next Saturday the 24th of June 2pm - 4pm

Come and enjoy some time to connect with yourself and others in a safe space with qualified reiki practitioners.

There will be reiki offerings, meditation, journaling, lovely people and of course a a sea swim, all in all a lovely way to refill your cup away from the every day demands of life.

This is our second circle and we have chosen a charity near to all WOMANS hearts, please help us raise much needed funds and awareness for the wonderful people in .aid Ireland

All you have to do to join us is make a donation and pop us a comment to let us know if you will be joining on the day.

Hello and Happy Monday, it’s been a while since I’ve penned an Instagram post, to be honest I needed a break from the online world and I know so many of you did too 😆 I’ve still been busy making candles on the side of my day job and mother duties but I took the option to scale things down and reconnect with the Earth, life and my Soul.
After a very though few years, 4 years into my degree, working & those regrettably unforgettable lockdowns I think I hit burn out like so many of us out there ❤️
I knew I had to take action and on my self healing quest I began to train with reiki energy and it was positively life transforming for me.

This time last year I began my Usui reiki training with the wonderful Hazel from
who I’ll never be able to thank enough for her time knowledge and kindness and I’m so proud to say I’m now a qualified reiki practitioner and will soon head on to complete my masters I can’t believe how fast the year has gone!!
working with this beautiful energy is such a gift and I’m so excited to put out offerings for booking with myself for reiki treatments.

To experience this energy is it to fully understand it.

Reiki works via our chakra system, with your aura and your whole energy body.
Releasing any blocks that may manifest as physical, emotionally or mental pain.
Everyone can benefit from Reiki, it’s truly universal

As an introduction offering I’m looking for 10 lovely clients to book in for a FREE treatment, all I ask in return in for a review and some feedback so I can fine tune my service before I fully launch in the new year.
