For a while my content felt a little scattered.
I’ve always been about three things: nutrition, fitness and mindset — but somewhere along the way I drifted more into just fitness.

The truth is, my brand has always been Queen of Health 👑

Over the past year I’ve been walking my own transformation.

✨ The breakfast that helped me lose 2 stone in 6 months ✨
These overnight baked oats banana muffins have been my absolute game changer. Simple, filling, high-protein, and I never get bored of them.

🍌 Recipe (1 serving):
• 30g oats
• 80g banana
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 scoop protein powder
• A little water (to blend)

Blend, pour into a ramekin or muffin mould, bake at 180°C for 25–30 mins.
I serve mine with thick Greek yogurt and a handful of berries 🫐🍓
The real secret? I multiply the recipe by 6 and batch bake, so I’ve got 6 breakfasts ready to go. No excuses. No decision fatigue. Just grab, top, and eat.

• ½ tsp baking powder
• Water to mix
Method:
Blend/mash everything together → spoon into muffin tray → bake at 180°C for 25–40 mins until cooked through.
