I'm delighted to be able to share with you my first course of 2026 will be 8 th January at 11.30 am in the .

Baby massage is a wonderful skill to learn while bonding with your baby .
It can help with sleep, colic, digestive issues, wind & constipation.

My classes run from 11.30 -12.45 with tea & coffee at the evergreen club , we have plenty of room , lots of parking and in a fab location.

Would you like to help your baby with head control, strength for tummy time & rolling & co ordination while having a fun experience together. Baby yoga is the perfect class.

Baby does the yoga , mummy stretches & together we sing songs & enjoy some sensory play .

Held at the Evergreen club in Terenure Village D6w .
Lots of parking, easily accessible by car, bus or walking.
