On Saturday, I stood in this room completely empty.
Just hours earlier it was set up the way it has been for seven years ...treatment bed dressed, oils in place, the quiet calm it always held.
Then piece by piece, it was packed away.
And suddenly, it was just walls again.
It’s strange how a space can become part of you.
This room held hundreds of treatments.
It held women navigating stress, burnout, hormones, grief, change.
It held tears that needed privacy.
It held laughter that needed release.
It held those long exhalations when a body finally felt safe enough to soften.
It also held me.
It witnessed the years I grew in confidence.
The moments I questioned myself.
The fully booked weeks that felt surreal.
The quieter seasons that taught me resilience.
After years of working in other spaces, this was the room where I truly stood on my own two feet. My name. My vision. My responsibility.
Clearing it out wasn’t just logistics.
It was closing the door on a chapter that shaped me in ways I’ll probably only fully understand with time.
Seven years.
So much healing.
So much learning.
So much becoming.
Grateful beyond words ❤️
