What a year it has been! From feeling so unsure of myself, to taking that leap and opening the doors of The Serenity Suite here in Dublin 13 — I’m genuinely honoured (and buzzing!) to get to do something I love every single day 💞

From loss to light - A Gentle Space for Healing After Miscarriage

If you’ve experienced the deep pain of losing a baby through miscarriage, please know this: you are not alone — and you are deeply understood here.

After my own loss, I struggled to find a space where I truly felt seen, heard, and held. While talk therapy offered some relief, the deepest comfort came from connecting with others who had walked a similar path. Through those connections, I was able to release the quiet shame I hadn’t even realized I was carrying — and begin to move forward with softness and hope.

That’s why I’ve created a unique 1:1 healing space for women who’ve experienced miscarriage — a safe, compassionate container for your grief, your voice, and your healing.

🕊️ Gentle meditation — to calm and soothe your nervous system

🌿 About Me

Hi, I’m Louise — wife to Anne-Marie for 6 amazing years, and proud Mama to our little boy Finn (3½), who truly runs our house! (My new boss) 💛

My journey with healing began over 13 years ago, when I first trained in Reiki as part of my own personal healing path. At the time, I never imagined sharing it beyond myself, family, and close friends.

Life took me through many paths — administration, legal studies, and eventually into HR, where I loved (and sometimes hated!) different roles. My last HR role was one I truly enjoyed, but when Anne-Marie and I embarked on our IVF journey and welcomed our beautiful boy Finn, everything changed. Something had to give, and being home with Finny won out.

From there, I refreshed my Reiki training and added Indian Head Massage to my practice, opening my doors to the public. Today, I am so proud to welcome people into my own space, The Serenity Suite in Dublin 13, where I hold treatments and healing sessions.

I’m also honoured to be a Brand Ambassador for — a beautiful Irish-owned brand founded by the incredible Fiona Donohue. Every product is natural and created with so much care and heart — what’s not to love? 🌿✨

Last year (2024) was an incredibly difficult one, but from that hardship, something powerful emerged: the creation of Healing Circles for women who have lost their babies through miscarriage. These circles are a safe, gentle space to share, feel, and heal — and I’m grateful to be bringing them back soon.
