Baby loss is a grief that too often goes unseen, unspoken about, and not understood 💔

I’d like to go change that, drop the stigma of miscarriage and in some small way open a safe space for women to gather ✨

If you’ve experienced miscarriage or know someone who has please do share this with them 🫶🏻

It can be a very lonely space and a heavy pain. I feel it needs to be talked about, understood and for women to be heard, like truly heard ❤️

Once a month I will be opening the Serenity Suite the last Thursday of every month to gather, share, listen and be heard 🥰

Our first group will take place on Thursday 30th April at 7.30pm.

What a year it has been! From feeling so unsure of myself, to taking that leap and opening the doors of The Serenity Suite here in Dublin 13 — I’m genuinely honoured (and buzzing!) to get to do something I love every single day 💞

If you’ve experienced the deep pain of losing a baby through miscarriage, please know this: you are not alone — and you are deeply understood here.

After my own loss, I struggled to find a space where I truly felt seen, heard, and held. While talk therapy offered some relief, the deepest comfort came from connecting with others who had walked a similar path. Through those connections, I was able to release the quiet shame I hadn’t even realized I was carrying — and begin to move forward with softness and hope.

That’s why I’ve created a unique 1:1 healing space for women who’ve experienced miscarriage — a safe, compassionate container for your grief, your voice, and your healing.

🌿 What’s included in your 90-minute session:

🕊️ Time to share and be heard — with no judgment or need to explain

🕊️ Gentle meditation — to calm and soothe your nervous system

🕊️ Personalized reiki healing session — energy work, emotional release, or other nurturing practices, lovingly tailored to your needs.
