This is the year of high vibrations, feeling like you in your body, stronger, more flexible and even sleeping better!
I’ve created this 30 Day Challenge to do all that and MORE!
It’s the one I’m most proud of 🧘♀️🥹
I’m working on a shift, a change, not another diet, punishment for your body.. January doesn’t need to feel as harsh as it used to be.. Less “fix yourself”. More “look after yourself”.
That’s exactly the energy behind my January Reset - daily movement, supportive routines, and no diet culture nonsense. One more sleep wooohooo

Starting the year with the people I love most in the world 🤍
Family, fresh air, cold sea swims, big laughs - and a whole lot of gratitude.
But if I’m honest… I’m so ready for 2026.
Ready to step out of my comfort zone.
Ready to push myself a little further.
Ready for new energy, new chapters, and doing things that scare me (just a bit).

Happy New Year’s Eve 💫 This ladies message stopped me in my tracks because she said my diet culture content really resonates and made her think 🤔 - this is probably my biggest win of 2025, I’ve so much to share on the topic but my confidence and inner voices stops me sharing half of it but I think this was a sign to leave the fear of that in 2025.. and 2026 my goal is to help more women connect with their bodies and how we talk about it and feel in it 🧘♀️🎉🥳

My brain almost tried to tell me I needed a January diet
(because diet culture is already loud about new years diets🙄)
But Sri Lanka reminded me what happens when you actually fuel your body, more energy, better digestion, better mood, better life.
Diets are loud coming into the first week of January,, Your body is quieter but way smarter!

I’m not the biggest Christmas person, maybe it’s because I don’t have kids, or just being from a massive family it can be a pressure cooker..
I love going away (every second year technically - my husband’s Christmas & I’d defo come back here next year😅). THAT BEING SAID..
But this St Stephen’s Day a part of me still feels a bit left out, like I’ve missed the precious family time, the friend catch-ups, the Irish swims, the mince pies 🤣 the family arguments..
Also… feeling very smug here in Sri Lanka lol not sure where I’m going with this 🥹☀️

This year stretched me and not just on the yoga mat..
It tested me more than I expected. It softened me.
There were wins, bigger losses, moments I didn’t share, and days I really had to practice what I teach.
But tonight, on Christmas Eve, I’m feeling beyond grateful for this body that carries me. For this yoga community that holds me.
For the messages, the classes, the sunrise clubbers, the chats, the women who show up even when life is messy.
If this year wasn’t your highlight reel either, you’re not behind. You’re human.

This isn’t shaming anyone who gets Botox or filler 💉
It’s just a gentle reminder that it’s also okay to skip an appointment. Okay to let the lines come. Okay to smooth them too. I’m just feeling a little rebellious today, choosing a face that moves while admiring all of yours, in whatever form feels right for you.. but also might delete this later 🥲
