January Theme — Returning Downward
As we begin the year in rhythm with nature, our January series focuses on grounding, nervous system balance, and downward-moving energy. Rooted in traditional Hatha yoga, this is a work-in rather than a workout, supportive, steady, and deeply regulating.
Through Apāna Vāyu, the energy of digestion and release, we create space to slow down, let go, and begin the year feeling held, clear, and grounded.
