Our brains were designed to experience a vast multitude of experiences besides normal waking life. It is these states which bring flavour, texture and higher awareness into our lives.

Connecting with altered states can help us to receive insights and information about our waking life. If you’re doing it anyway, why not do it consciously?

Months of creation, dreaming and listening is finally ready to take flight. I am so ready now to open this offering up, to do the precious work of holding as you move through your own transition.

This marks a transition for me too, towards the work I am being called to do and the medicine my blueprint carries. To hold the liminal is part of that work, many many years of study and practice have led to this next venture.

I wholeheartedly believe you can be the version of yourself you envision. This process will help you to back yourself, make the changes needed and step into a life beyond what old limitations allowed for.

Community is needed now more than ever.
