Hello friends of BodyMind Movement.
It's been a while since I've posted on this page!
For those of you who have been reading my posts before Covid restrictions you will know about my Psoas Saturdays as well as my interest in tuning into our Nervous Systems.

I'm now offering a series of monthly 2hour workshops on Saturdays
October 1st. November 5th and December 10th at Luisne in Bray.
Time 11.00am-1.00pm Cost e25 per workshop with limited number of concessions available.

The series is called Mapping Movement and is an invitation to be curious about how your body moves.
Our exploration will be using maps evolved over millennia as well as developmental maps from the first year of life.
These maps can help us to remember what we have forgotten as well as awakening us to new possibilities.
The good news is that all curious travellers can participate!
