Everyone one of us has a gift/s. Yes everyone. What are you good at or you love but you hold back out of fear, low self esteem or comparing yourself to others? Whether your gift is speaking, listening, writing, healing, entertaining, knitting, drawing, singing, DIY, teaching, organising, problem-solving, kindness, cleaning, gardening, push ups, languages, caring, parenting, humour, coaching, numbers etc etc. Be proud of it, share it and allow yourself to receive any appreciation or compliments you receive for it. Come out of the closet. Someone needs EXACTLY what you have to offer!!

Hey there. I just wanted to share this with you. I don't know if you listen to podcasts. I go through phases now and again. I came across this one last night and I actually cried listening to it. In the midst of all the darkness, bad news and heavy energy that's out there, this was a beacon of light. If you have 50 mins, maybe while you're sitting in traffic, ironing or chilling in bed, I'd really recommend listening to this. It will honestly warm the cockles of your heart and restore your faith in humanity. I'm also going to order Rob's book as I want to know about Ronnie. Grand Rising. Another glorious day....if you love wind and rain 💨🌧🌂.

Happy Friday 13th, the day of the Goddess. It is said to have been a day, centuries ago, when those who understood herbs, the moon cycles, the goddesses, Venus etc, came together to celebrate and feast and get up to all sorts of shenanigans. This was branded Witchcraft in the 1400's by the Patriarchy and "healer" women were burned. This is where the notion of Friday 13th being bad luck came from when in fact it's a powerful day to honour the divine feminine and our innate creative power and abilities .

For many, Spring means hope. Signs of new life, colour and the return of the light. These dwarf daffodils have once again bloomed, against all the odds, the rain etc. They were planted by my Mam outside my front window 22 years ago. I don't mind them or do anything to them, yet year after year they appear. A reminder of "you made it through another Winter, and we did too". Nature is just amazing.
