Offering rates according to people’s ability to pay for online stop smoking sessions to help everyone combat corona virus....get in touch if you or someone you love wants to stop - together we can come through this happier and healthier 🤗❤️

People who smoke are more likely than non-smokers to develop pneumonia, if they catch coronavirus. “I had a chronic fear of public speaking for as long as I can remember. I avoided all public speaking either at work and socially if at all possible. I did this to such a degree that it definitely affected my career professionally. Both socially and professionally in the weeks leading up to any public speaking my anxiety levels would be all consuming. I went to Rachel last year as I was getting married and had to speak at my wedding. After three sessions I was as comfortable speaking in from of 130 guests as I would be chatting to my friends in a bar. Amazing job.” Jan 2020

Testimonial from a client I helped with fear of public speaking.

If you or anyone you know has a disabling or irrational fear of public speaking or other social anxieties I would be delighted to hear from you as these are issues that can be successfully treated with hypnotherapy.

When you sent me the email looking for more indepth info as to what worked, I really struggled, but since then I haven't actually had any urges to pull out my lashes. Its the strangest feeling and I guess lots of clients will probably tell you that but you have definitely made me stop pulling out my lashes. They have all fully grown back now, something that I have never been able to achieve.

I am truly grateful for you fabulous work. I even feel so much more at ease with myself as well. If anything changes I will let you know, but for the moment I am very happy with my progress.
Thank you for everything.

Testimonial from a client I saw for one session who had been pulling her eyelashes out for years - this is why I love what I do!!

Lovely testimonial from a lady who had not been able to drive on the motorway for 4 and a half years. I saw her for one session and below is her feedback.I'm thrilled she's doing so well. If you or someone you know has any irrational fears or phobias that need professional treatment, I'd love to hear from you, so don't dilly dally and get in touch. :-)

"Just to let you know, so far so good since our session. I drove home on the motorway that evening and yesterday I ventured as far as Skerries on the M1 which I haven’t done for a long, long time...!! I haven’t had any opportunities to travel farther afield just yet, but I feel like a longer journey is possible – hopefully I’m right!!Thanks so much for your help!"

Great article on how early trauma but also more common events such as divorce, living with a depressed or alcoholic parent, being belittled or humiliated by a parent or just feeling that your parents don't have your back can lead to much higher incidence of cancer and auto-immune disease in adult life.

This is a much more worthwhile census that attempts to get to the heart of what is going on within us as a nation not just without us - it takes less than 5 minutes to fill in and it gets you to ponder areas of your life you may not reflected on for a while - so give it a go, so a much more accurate picture can emerge from the findings - oh and yes, please share - thank you! www.censusoftheheart.com

Sadly it looks like our situation in Ireland is very similar to the UK..."One London-based GP I spoke to, who wished to remain anonymous, said: “Every time I see a teenager whose mental health is suffering and send them – and usually a parent – out the door with nothing but a promise of a referral for therapy that I know is going to take months, I carry the anger home with me. I’m incredibly reluctant to prescribe an antidepressant for someone under the age of 18, as more severe issues should not be managed in primary care, but with the obstacles in place and when presented with extreme distress, it can sometimes feel like the only option to help in the interim. We can’t not do anything.”

“New associations!”

“What continually amazes me is how rapidly and profoundly you can touch the core of a person’s existence and experience by “staying in” their metaphor rather than interpreting, analyzing, or trying to make sense of it. By staying in the metaphor we open hearts and minds to new associations which the client knows what to do with even when we don’t.” Testimonial from MoM course participant - only 7 weeks now until Metaphors of Movement comes to Dublin for the very first time, so book your place now to avoid disappointment. http://www.seminars.ie/inspirational-s…/seminar_details.php…
