✅ (Shoulder Impingement Syndrome):
A client came to me with limited shoulder mobility — he was unable to lift his arm or raise his shoulder properly. The condition was consistent with shoulder impingement syndrome, involving irritation and inflammation of the rotator cuff muscles (mainly the supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor, and subscapularis) and compression in the subacromial space.
After 9 sessions, the client showed significant improvement: he was able to lift his arm much higher, almost to head level. By the 12th session, his range of motion and shoulder strength had greatly improved, and pain was substantially reduced. The treatment focused on releasing the overactive muscles (especially the upper trapezius and pectoralis major/minor), improving mobility in the scapulothoracic and glenohumeral joints, and activating the stabilizing muscles of the shoulder girdle.
