This was Petes first session with me today. He had obvious restrictions in his shoulders which was causing impingement and sharp pain when performing the simplest tasks like putting his jacket on or off.

The first picture (left) was this morning before treatment second picture (right) was right after treatment.

We managed a big increase in the range of motion and flexibility in the shoulder joint. Some strengthening exercises were also provided to help strengthen the joint and some further treatment will be needed.

We have a new block starting on Tuesday 22nd of March.

4 week blocks with a choice of 1 or 2 days a week.

2 days a week is €50 per block
1 day a week is €30 per block

Suitable for all levels of fitness
