We’re proud to introduce a new specialist service at Newcastle Medical Centre, providing a hospital-standard Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessment and treatment pathway that is fast, safe, and affordable.

Our goal is to make high-quality mental-health and neurodevelopmental care more accessible — delivered to the same professional standards you would expect in a hospital setting, but without long waiting lists or excessive costs.

Each assessment includes:
🩺 Comprehensive medical and psychiatric examination
💉 Blood tests and heart check (ECG)
📝 ASD self-assessment forms completed at home
📋 Additional diagnostic questionnaires completed in-clinic
👨‍⚕️ Consultant psychiatrist assessment and formal diagnosis
👩‍⚕️ Follow-up with your doctor, including an individualised care and support plan (and prescription if indicated)

The entire process — from initial review to consultant diagnosis and follow-up — is designed to meet full hospital-level standards of care.
