3 Tips for progress in Gains 🎯
1: Eat 🐷
Good Nutrition provides us with fuel to push our training intensity up! Whilst providing adequate recovery so we can continue to grow and get stronger! What you invest into it you will receive back in returned interest of gains .
2: Train 💪🏻
It's important to have a rough outline of what you want to accomplish in the Gym, A plan and structure! A training Diary would be a good option with this, so you can train with intent! Focused, switching off the world outside!
3: Sleep 😴
Getting adequate Rest is Vital for our performance in and outside the gym, without it you will not progress as much as you want to so aiming for avg of 7 hours nightly would be ideal! This should be a priority.
