It's a competitive game when no-one is willing to lose 😅
But really its just another fun way to keep fit and moving when , calories consuming may be on the higher end when have a holiday mindset.
When we’re on holiday, we naturally tend to eat more — bigger portions, more treats, more meals out… and that’s okay. Holidays are for enjoying yourself 🌴🍹
But that’s exactly why staying active becomes even more important.
Movement while on holiday helps to:
• Balance out higher calorie intake
• Support digestion & energy levels
• Reduce stiffness from travel and long days out
• Keep you feeling good rather than sluggish
