Struggling to follow conversations? Asking people to repeat themselves more than usual?
These can be early signs of hearing loss 👂

You might notice:
• Saying “what?” or “pardon?” more often
• Turning the TV or phone volume up higher than others need
• Missing parts of words or mixing up sounds
• Finding conversations more difficult, especially in busy environments

Hearing changes often happen gradually, which is why they can be easy to overlook. But recognising the signs early can make a real difference.

If this sounds familiar, it might be time to check your hearing.

Can hearing aids fix hearing loss? 👂

As Dr Sandra Cummings explains, hearing aids do not stop or reverse age-related hearing loss. What they do is help you adapt.

They support how your brain processes sound, improve your listening skills, and help you pick out speech more clearly in everyday situations.

It is not about changing what is happening. It is about making the most of what you can hear.

If you have noticed changes in your hearing, it might be time to get clarity. Book your hearing assessment or take our online hearing test via the link in bio.

Hearing isn’t just about volume. It’s about clarity, context, and confidence. If you’ve noticed things aren’t as clear as they used to be, it might be time to check.

Hearing loss doesn’t usually happen overnight.

It’s often gradual… missing words here and there, asking people to repeat themselves, turning the volume up without realising.

It can be easy to ignore, but early testing gives you clarity and options.

If something feels different, trust it. Book your hearing test via the link in bio 👂
