Food Smart

Food Smart Nutritional Therapy aims to take a holistic approach with clients looking beyond the symptoms.

Nutritional therapy aims to encourage the body’s natural healing mechanisms to support health and prevent illness. The goal is to find what works best for you as opposed to a ‘one size fits all approach’. We aim to treat the cause of the condition or illness rather than suppressing the signs and symptoms that may be present. Once a comprehensive assessment of diet and lifestyle is completed, we then recommend practical, effective and sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes in line with your main goals for the consultation. Offering one to one consultations:

Initial consultation (1 hour)
Follow-up consultations (45 mins - 1 hour)

Also available for group and school talks.
