Two years after I qualified I started teaching.
Not because I was ready. Not because I had it all figured out.
Because I was inspired to share what I'd learned. And something unexpected happened.
The group shared the load.
Instead of my nervous system holding one client at a time, the energy moved around the room.
💕 Students supported each other.
The learning held itself.
I left those sessions more energised than I arrived.
That's what teaching does that one-to-one work can't.
It distributes the weight. And when the weight is shared, everything becomes more sustainable. 💜

Hey everyone, as you know we are a tight knit community of professional hypnotherapists, graduates and students here at Hypnotherapy Business Academy.
