Do you notice shifts in your mood and energy throughout your cycle? If so, this is completely normal and is due to the fluctuations in hormones at different stages ✨
You may notice changes to your energy levels, mood, desire, recovery as well as some changes to your digestive function and skin.
An example of this would be.. when you make plans early on in your cycle (follicular phase) when you’re more likely to feel sociable with higher energy levels, then two weeks later when the plans come around and all you want to do is stay home and chill (luteal phase).
