We are the largest supplier of such services in Ireland, covering the majority of the country via our main clinic in Dublin and a further 13 satellite clinics across the country. The services are available to Private and Publically funded clients, with all initial assessments being free of charge. At the Milano Cortina 2026 Paralympic Winter Games, 86 Ottobock team members from 17 nationalities, speaking 18 languages, will be on site to support the athletes.

Across 3 Repair Service Centers in Milano, Cortina and Predazzo, and 6 venue-based workshops covering all Paralympic winter sports, our teams will provide fast, free repair and maintenance services. With 16 tons of equipment and 87 pallets shipped from Germany to Italy, everything is in place so athletes can focus on what matters most: their performance.

In Para biathlon, athletes compete in different sport classes depending on their impairment — and for athletes with limb loss, balance, core stability and skiing efficiency become absolutely crucial.

Because Para biathlon combines high-intensity cross-country skiing with precision shooting, amputee athletes must quickly lower their heart rate after intense effort — often while adapting their technique to their prosthesis.

Even the smallest instability can affect shooting accuracy, which makes body control and equipment setup incredibly important. 🎯

Para snowboard is one of the most dynamic disciplines at the Paralympic Winter Games.The sport includes two main events: Banked Slalom and Snowboard Cross. In Banked Slalom, athletes race individually against the clock on a course filled with banked turns, requiring technical precision, rhythm and control. Snowboard cross is head-to-head racing, where multiple riders compete simultaneously on a course featuring jumps, rollers and tight turns.
