Hypnobirthing in Dublin

Hypnobirthing in Dublin Birthing with ease and confidence with Hypnobirthing ® The Mongan Method. It offers practical advice and helps prepare both parents for their baby’s arrival.

Hypnobirthing is a programme designed to give a greater understanding of pregnancy, labour, and birth. It is designed to empower women and help them to release fear and any negative emotion associated with labour and birth. Five carefully planned sessions offer breathing and relaxation techniques, visualisation and information on all aspects of pregnancy, labour and birth. One to one sessions are offered and also sessions with small groups. To date I have worked with couples who have enjoyed positive birthing experiences. Some of these include a VBAC (vaginal birth following Caesarean section), vaginal birth with no pain relief following difficult first birth. Babies are calm and breast feeding is established with greater ease.
