Migrant Rights Centre Ireland - MRCI opened their Immigration Service Delivery (ISD) portal, where people experiencing delays or issues in their applications can contact them regarding the following areas:
• Citizenship applications
• IRP/GNIB registrations (renewal and new)
• Family reunification applications
• Technical or access issues with the online portal
• Any other delays related to immigration or citizenship services

You can submit a formal complaint through their online Customer Portal or by post. More information can be found at

Starting Thursday 16th April, running fortnightly, from 7pm-9pm each night.

The Traveller Counselling Service, based in Amien Street, offers a free child counselling service. This is available Monday to Thursday, in person, at their clinic in Dublin 1 for Traveller children and young people aged 11–18. They also provide counselling to young adults aged 18–25, which is available both in person and online or by phone.

In addition, counselling services are available for adults through community hubs, as well as online and by phone.

All of these services are free of charge for people in the Traveller community and are supported by the HSE.
