It can sometimes be difficult to choose a "picture of the year". However, in early November I captured an image that I had been trying to capture, with limited success, for the past 20 years. I managed to photograph the full moon setting into Newgrange (Sรญd in Broga). The response to this image on social media was incredible. So here it is - the Mythical Ireland photograph of 2022.

Gers fresh winter veg soup!!
Ingredients;
1 medium onion
Fee cloves of garlic (antiviral and antibacterial)
2 carrots
2 celery sticks (organic)
1 large rooster with skin on
Kale (organic)
Spinach few handfuls
Knorr x2 stock pots and litre of boiling water
Salt and pepper
Method:
If making it in a soup maker just pop all ingredients in and cook for 20minutes
In a pot
1.Fry onion and garlic
2.Add all veg
3..Add stock
4.Season bring to boil and then simmer and cook for 20 mins until veg are tender.
5.Blend.
And enjoy!!Heart โค warming winter veg soup..you can use other veg such as leeks, parsnips etc..
Eating vegetables in season and which are grown here in Ireland are soo nutritious for our Mental and Physical Health.

Tumeric and its amazing benefits.Ive been using it in my recipes alot and making tumeric tea also,however felt it wasn't enough and after some research I started taking 2 capsules a day (1200mg )you can take between 500mg to 2grams daily for past month and already feeling benefits.
