“Once breastfeeding got going… it was actually easier than pumping.”

This surprises people.
Pumping twins sounds efficient. In reality it often means:
• sterilising • timing • measuring • washing • mental load
Once babies are strong enough and feeding effectively, direct breastfeeding can be simpler and more protective of supply.
But you need to know how to get there.
