Yes, please stop messing with our food supply. Valuable plant molecules that our bodies need for health are being stripped. Individual synthetic supplements are not so effective at replenishing them. Organic nutrition and food state is the only way. Delightful to listen to Dr. Joeseph Pizzorno

Have you heard of morphine? It's an opioid used for treatment of pain that works in the central nervous system and the brain to block pain signals to the rest of the body. It also reduces the anxiety and stress that can be caused by pain.

Do you know we can make our own endogenous morphine - in fact ‘endorphin’ has been adopted as an abbreviation of ‘endogenous morphine' and describes a group of chemicals that we make in our own bodies.
Endogenous morphine and other endorphins have a multitude of beneficial effects internally to reduce inflammation and relieve pain. You can read about them all here https://www.medcentral.com/pain/chronic/role-endogenous-morphine-nitric-oxide-pain-management

If you suffer with any illness that involves inflammation and pain, what you probably want and need to know is how to safely turn on the systems you already possess as a 'human', to increase production of morphine and nitric oxide to ease your pain and lower the inflammation.

We can help you do that. And one of the easiest ways is through thermoregulation - exposing your system to heat and to cold. Not together like a Finnish or Swedish sauna followed by a cold plunge. But separately.

30mins once or twice weekly in an infrared sauna generates heat that penetrates the body, causing it to warm and experience a rise in core temperature. This heat stress can be perceived as a mild stressor, and the body responds by releasing endorphins, which have pain-relieving and mood-enhancing effects. The process of cooling afterwards is when the beneficial systems kick in, as your body works to lower your core temperature by releasing all of these amazing chemicals
