I was a member of Slim4life about 10 years ago for a year and lost 3 stone at the time, I was only 16 and had been very insecure about my weight, I had no understanding of the food pyramid and Clodagh taught me about nutrition and how to retrain my mindset around food and i was very successful as a result. I rejoined in 2023 after I had gained back weight from covid and since joining back I’ve been feeling so much more like myself again and learning how to live a healthier life with small changes instead of big ones, this has made the weight loss so much more sustainable for me
