📣 We’re hiring: Head of Diagnostics Services
We’re looking for a senior strategic and experienced Head of Diagnostic Services to lead and grow our X-ray, MRI, DXA, and CT services across a multi-site managed diagnostics and direct-to-patient portfolio.
This is a senior leadership role with full service-line accountability, combining clinical credibility with commercial ownership. You will be responsible for the performance, sustainability, and growth of our diagnostics division - shaping strategy, optimising capacity, and ensuring high standards of clinical governance as services scale.
Key aspects of the role include:
✅Strategic development of diagnostics services across managed services and B2C pathways
✅Ownership of divisional performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and margin improvement
✅Leadership of senior clinical and unit-level managers across multiple sites
✅Integration with teleradiology to support reporting capacity, workflow efficiency, and service resilience
✅Accountability for governance, quality, and regulatory compliance (HIQA, radiation safety, accreditation)
We are looking for a registered radiographer or senior diagnostics leader with a track record of leading complex imaging services, developing business cases, and delivering growth without compromising clinical standards.
