📣 We’re hiring: Head of Diagnostics Services
We’re looking for a senior strategic and experienced Head of Diagnostic Services to lead and grow our X-ray, MRI, DXA, and CT services across a multi-site managed diagnostics and direct-to-patient portfolio.
This is a senior leadership role with full service-line accountability, combining clinical credibility with commercial ownership. You will be responsible for the performance, sustainability, and growth of our diagnostics division - shaping strategy, optimising capacity, and ensuring high standards of clinical governance as services scale.
Key aspects of the role include:
âś…Strategic development of diagnostics services across managed services and B2C pathways
âś…Ownership of divisional performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and margin improvement
âś…Leadership of senior clinical and unit-level managers across multiple sites
âś…Integration with teleradiology to support reporting capacity, workflow efficiency, and service resilience
âś…Accountability for governance, quality, and regulatory compliance (HIQA, radiation safety, accreditation)
We are looking for a registered radiographer or senior diagnostics leader with a track record of leading complex imaging services, developing business cases, and delivering growth without compromising clinical standards.
