It is with a mixture of sadness and enormous gratitude that we announce that:
Little bird café will be closing on Monday 22nd December (the Yoga studio will continue as normal)

We’ve had 10 wonderful years at Little Bird — running the café and yoga studio, meeting friends and neighbours, and working alongside the most enthusiastic, friendly, and sociable team. The last decade has been an absolute pleasure, and we are deeply grateful to our incredible staff and everyone who has supported us on the way.

Now, as we look ahead to the next 10 years, we have decided to focus our energy on nurturing the yoga studio: building on our reputation for authenticity, excellent teaching, and personal connection.

With that in mind we have found the perfect people to take over the cafe and bring you a whole new wonderful offering.They put great care into creating something special, and their ethos is deeply rooted in quality and community.
We honestly couldn’t have dreamt of a better fit for Little bird!

We’re looking for someone with a warm heart and a clear head to join our team at Little Bird Yoga Studio.
The ideal person will have experience and interest in social media and marketing, a genuine care for people, and a naturally friendly, welcoming personality.

About the role:

· 15 hours per week to begin with

· Three evenings per week at the studio & remote work

· Welcoming students and creating a calm, positive atmosphere

· Responding to emails and assisting with studio administration

· Preparing and scheduling social media posts

· Helping to maintain the reception and studio space

This weekend we are hosting a trio of wonderful workshops which will explore different body-based practices to release emotional/physical tension and foster a deeper connection with yourself.

☯️ FINDING BALANCE with
Saturday, 29 Nov | 3pm-5:30pm
This afternoon workshop will combine Somatics, meditation, breathwork, and dynamic and grounding yoga sequences for a balanced practice which honours the complementary energies of Yin & Yang. A great way to strengthen the body; release tension; and calm the mind.

🧘🏽‍♀️TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) WORKSHOP with .alchemyforest
TRE® is a method developed by Dr. David Berceli, based on trauma neurobiology, that harnesses the body’s natural mechanism for releasing tension and stress. The workshop will include: grounding meditation; gentle movements to prepare the body; safe guidance to initiate neurogenic tremors; final integrative meditation.

💗 A BREATHWORK JOURNEY THROUGH YOUR LINEAGE with

KIRTAN EVENING with Lea & special guest
✨ Friday, 21 November | 7:30pm – 9:30pm
Join us for a magical evening of Kirtan, chanting mantras,and heart songs! Kirtan is a very simple and powerful way to meditate. The music does the work for you as you flow with the melody, rhythm, and vibrations: all voices merge together to become one incredibly soothing voice, uplifting the mind, opening the heart, and bringing inner peace.

💗 YOGA NIDRA & SOUND BATH with Jane
Saturday, 22 November | 6pm – 8pm
Combining Yoga Nidra - a guided meditation which encourages a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping - and an immersion in deep sound vibrations, this relaxing and nourishing session is ideal for anyone seeking to disconnect from the outside world and to reconnect with their inner selves.

Still buzzing from last week! 💛 Celebrating our 10th anniversary was such a special milestone, and we’re beyond grateful for everyone who made it unforgettable.
Huge thank you to our amazing team (past and present) for an incredible staff party and for being such a big part of our story. And to our customers — thank you for showing up in full force for our €10 burrito deal and packing the café all weekend. We felt the love in every moment. Here’s to many more! ✨

Little Bird Cafe & Yoga Studio

We are a community of highly qualified yoga and Pilates teachers offering safe, dedicated teaching in a purpose-built, light-filled studio. All are welcome to join our classes which cater for a range of ages and abilities. Come to learn, stretch, strengthen, relax and above all, enjoy yourself!

The café acts as a reception to the yoga studio and is the heart of the community. We like to keep our menus simple and our coffee high quality. Most of our dishes are vegetarian with many gluten free and vegan options available too! We serve delicious Badger & Dodo coffee and our staff are always sure to serve you with a smile.
