This Course will focus especially on what is Stress, how we can manage stress better and address issues arising from stress like Insomnia.
Insomnia is vastly becoming our new epidemic with many people severely affected by it. Not getting enough sleep and rest can have a detrimental effect on our mental, physical and emotional health.
Research has shown that the Practices of Mindfulness and Yoga are very effective in helping to manage Insomnia. Techniques like breathing, relaxation and gentle movements as well as mind training are essential and can be learned by anyone.
In this class we will also discuss lifestyle issues that may contribute to those problems.
This is a highly practical, experiential and informative class and every participant will learn enough to be able to apply the learned at home.
Class is suitable for anyone even without any previous experience.
