I had the great honour of putting former world boxing champion Barry McGuigan through his paces at the Irish strength institute yesterday. A great experience to see how hard Barry still trains. Power Physio Dublin prides itself on combining physiotherapy and strength and conditioning to achieve the best results.

The launch of Power Physio Dublin was a great success last night. We even had the Liam McCarthy (All-Ireland senior Hurling Championship Cup), The Bob O'Keeffe cup (Leinster senior hurling Championship cup) and the National hurling Cup present to mark the occasion.
A big thanks to all who turned out for the launch and a special thanks to the Kilkenny senior hurling team for supplying the cups and especially Rackard Coady who made the long trip up from Kilkenny with the silverware.
