Dehydrated Kale and Carrot 🥕, great to add to juices, breakfast muffins and sprinkle on salads.
Dried veg keeps it’s fibre so it’s great for digestion and gut issues, plus it’s a great way to get extra nutrients.
I find with the kale keep your dehydrator on the lowest temperature. And leave it to dehydrate overnight.
Blend and store in a airtight jar.
