Join our Yoga for Beginners Course, a 6 class programme that introduces the key postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance.
Our beginner yoga classes run twice weekly:
• Wednesdays at 5:45 PM
• Saturdays at 9:30 AM
