Yogis and yoginis,
I am sharing four more in person sessions at the Wisdom centre this year, there are spaces available and you can drop in and pay in person on the evening. The cost of each class is €15. The room at the Wisdom centre is cozy and beautiful as always and the atmosphere is one of healing, especially as the centre doesn't operate as a business but as a place for community and wellbeing. The sessions have developed into intuitive, slow and nourishing work within the dark cocoon of the round room. It would be great to see you there. Dates are as follows:

My last Yoga class as part of IMMA Summers will take place tomorrow at 6pm, either in the formal gardens or in the pavilion, depending on the weather. Teaching these classes has been a joy for me, the beauty of the IMMA gardens and the sense of community in the groups have been truly uplifting! Coming together to share healing and presence seems more important than ever. Thank you to all who turned up to the classes and a big thank you to IMMA for running the classes again this year. I hope to see you tomorrow for the last class of 2025.

Full set of dates for my Somatic Yoga classes at the Wisdom centre this Autumn and Winter. Note there's no class on Thursday the 18th of September. feel free to message me or email me for enquiries and bookings. I look forward to sharing and exploring our healing practice of Yoga together soon!

Somatic Yoga classes will resume at The Wisdom Centre in Cork Street in September. The dates are:
September: 11-18-25
October: 2
From 6-7pm
October dates to be confirmed soon.
Classes will include strength training for bone health and somatic therapeutic practices for stress and anxiety as well as traditional Yoga and mindfulness. Contact me about availing of a sliding scale (Cost is reasonable anyway) on : paolacatizone@gmail.com or DM here. Places are limited to 10 people in this beautiful, circular room with underfloor heating and overlooking the Wisdom Centre's fountain and garden.
I hope to see you there to explore this healing practice together.

Thank you to everyone attending my summer classes at IMMA. We will continue to meet in the gardens or the pavilion through August. Your presence uplifts these regular events into joyful communal spaces where we can reconnect to ourselves and learn from each other. The healing and empowerment that yoga can afford is so valuable in our disconcerting times. Looking after oneself and each other is a way of resisting oppression too. May we be well, happy and at peace.
