Getting exam results can feel scary.
You have to remember that passing or failing an exam does not determine how you will carry on with your life and career that you follow.
I love my job. I studied hard to do what I do. I found my career through failing over and over and never really knowing what I wanted to do when I left school. Sometimes when you don't get what you want it's the best lesson in life you can have.
That said I hope everything goes well today. Be happy to get this far whatever the exam results will be.... there's plenty more in your future to look forward to xx

One of the main things I focus on with helping people is to stop the mindset of thinking you have a weakness.... change your narrative and look for health within. We can all work harder, do more, feel better and keep going forward. It's all about perspective x

The Osteopathic Listening Touch: hands that listen can change everything.

In osteopathy, touch is diagnostic. Subtle. Informed. Present.

An experienced DO can feel fluid restrictions, fascial tension, or asymmetries with remarkable precision. They’re trained to perceive what others may miss—not just symptoms, but stories beneath them.

This is not intuition—it’s anatomy-informed perception, developed through years of study, practice, and intention.

👂 The osteopathic touch is a form of listening.
It says:
I see your pain.
I honor your body’s story.
I trust your capacity to heal.

Osteopaths don’t “fix” the body—they invite it back into relationship with itself.

Our Story

Evolution Osteopathic Clinic To practice Osteopathy you have to study for five years. This includes an intensive study of human anatomy and physiology. We study where your muscles attach, how your joints move, what nerves and arteries supply what tissues, what ligaments are providing support around your joints, what fascial compartments relate to the region of the body you feel is in pain, what pathological conditions relate to the different regions of the body, how different types of posture can cause different types of problems relating to the joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and viscera. We learn this and keep studying this over and over again to allow us to practice as Osteopaths.
