The reason of why we’d better build up a living ritual when we stay home. If we keep activity during the night we were using body’s Yin essence, after a long time, we might have symptoms of Yin-Yang imbalance-Yin deficiency.
People might not getting ill, but they are feeling unwell.
For example, they are not energetic during the daytime only if drinking coffee or tea to temporarily boost it. And some people feeling thirsty all the time,go to toilet quite often,soreness somewhere ,bad breath,hair loss,dry skin and itching, bad memory,depression,headache,insomnia etc. If you have some underlying disease, the situation would getting worse.
Every tissue and organ in our body operates according to biological rhythms.
Following circadian clock ritual (eat regularly and sleep before 23:00) for a period of time, you will feel more happy and positive. This is similar like yoga’s essence. The man is an integral part of nature.
Follow the nature’s Yin Yang, then we live healthy and longevity.
