On this International Women’s Day, we remember that every woman carries within her the wisdom of those who came before. The strength of our ancestors flows through our breath, our bodies, and our intuition.

To be a woman is to be a portal of life, transformation, and deep remembrance. When we reconnect with ourselves, we also reconnect with the lineage of women who walked before us, loved before us, and prayed for the generations to come.
