Can we learn to live more richly, with greater authenticity, texture, and lightness, within ourselves and amongst each other? Can we develop a deepening intimacy with our experience and a growing understanding and comfort with what we find within us? My intention - in teaching, workshops, psychotherapy and writing - is to create spaces in which we can befriend our experience, allowing more of our humanity to surface and find expression. As we become more natural and allowing - particularly when we do so with others - we find fresh ways of being which nourish us and the world in which we live.
