Every January, I write myself a letter and tuck it away with the Christmas decorations.

I don’t open it again until the following December, when I’m decorating the house for the holidays.

The letter is written in the present tense, congratulating me on everything I’ve “achieved” during the year — even though the year hasn’t happened yet.

Writing forces clarity. When you choose the words, your mind sorts through vague hopes and turns them into tangible possibilities. That concreteness is what makes manifestation work in practice.

Writing in the present tense as if the achievements have already happened taps into strong manifestation mechanisms.

When you write “I achieved…” or “I am…” your brain starts aligning your decisions and habits with that identity. Actions follow identity more reliably than goals.

Reading the letter a year later — in the warm, nostalgic context of decorating for Christmas — anchors your achievements to a moment of joy and reflection. This strengthens the sense that you create your own year.

There’s something powerful about putting your intentions into actual words. The written word has a way of turning hopes into reality and identity into action.

The written word really does amplify intention.

It’s my favourite manifestation ritual💫

Review:

I found Shauna years ago through a chance conversation when I had seen every doctor and consultant but still had no answers as to why my body was turning against me.
The list of my health problems was long, complex and it seemed, unfixable. I had been given so many different types of drugs but nothing worked.
I went for an appointment with Shauna telling her she was my last chance. I’m very glad I didn’t scare her away!
Initially Shauna saw me weekly explaining the causes and effects of the different problems. She always offered a solution of some type and I always left my time with her feeling rested and hopeful.
As some problems began to subside, others reared up and Shauna took it all in her stride while dealing with my emotional and physical messed up state.
After many years of appointments with Shauna and constantly becoming a better version of myself both physically and emotionally thanks to her help, I have also been privileged to watch her knowledge and capabilities grow stronger and more effective. Shauna is a powerhouse of information and resources and won’t stop till she finds the core of your problem as opposed to just plastering over them.
I’m no longer surprised when she always tells me what’s wrong and she is my first stop when things feel off in my body.
Shauna constantly adds to her qualifications and knowledge and now her work and courses are scientifically based along with constant proof of her abilities.
I really recommend you make an appointment to see Shauna soon and pave a road to a healthier, better version of yourself.
