Just a quick note to say there will be no classes this week.

My lovely mother-in-law, Bernie, passed away peacefully on Saturday. We’ll be celebrating her life over the next couple of days, so I’ll be taking some time to be with family.

I literally pulled over at a beautiful roundabout today.

I had to get out of the car.
There’s something about this time of year.�The light shifting.�The body waking up.�Energy returning quietly.

Happy New Year’s Eve 🤍

One of my favourite New Year’s Eve rituals is I look back through my favourite photos of the year.

And every time, the same thing stands out.
My favourite moments are quiet & ordinary.

Sunrises and sunsets.
Moons and skies.
Sea swims. Trees. Horses.
My kids. Family. Friends.

Nothing wild or dramatic.
Just the things that steady me.
The things I come home to.

As we close out 2025, I invite you to do the same.
Scroll your favourites.
Notice what shows up again and again.

We are deep in winter now.
A slow, in between space.
Not a time to rush ahead, but to soften, reflect and be kind to yourself.
