Thankful for what 2025 taught us, remembering those who couldn’t be here, and ready to welcome 2026. 🌱

This setup didn’t change overnight.

It’s the result of small improvements made over time — learning what works, adjusting the space, and building a system that supports how we grow.

Our main goal has stayed the same since day one:
✔️ To grow sustainably, make the most of natural light, focus on quality, and supply Ireland with high-quality microgreens.

Same approach, better layout, and a space that simply works better for the plants and for us.

Today, we completed an expansion plan that started back in January.

What began as a vision is now a reality 💚

We’ve increased our growing capacity from 1 to 4 growing levels, allowing us to grow more organic microgreens while staying true to the quality and care we believe in.

As far as we know, this makes us one of the largest organic microgreens farms in Ireland — and possibly Europe 🌍🌱

This new greenhouse means:
✔️ A better, more reliable service for our customers
✔️ The ability to reach new kitchens and homes
✔️ Improved growing and working conditions
✔️ A tidier, cleaner, and safer space for our team and plants

We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come and grateful for everyone who supports what we do.
