To all the members who missed a week, a month, 6 months... and just feel like you cannot come back.

To the members that had one swip too many and the guilt has eaten away at you for days, months, even years and you haven't seen your consultant or friends in group for so long.....

To the person who looks in the mirror and says I really don't like how I look.....why did I leave group.

After losing a life-changing 11st 7lbs (73kg), Ray, a primary school teacher from Wellingborough, has been crowned one of our Slimming World Icons for 2026 🤩!

After being called ‘Big Ray’ through school, getting breathless on the stairs and avoiding the staff room at work, Ray is now running 10ks, playing football with his pupils and stepping into his 40s with a confidence he’d never dreamt of 👏.

He’s rewritten his entire story thanks to Slimming World – and what an incredible achievement it is! Join us in celebrating his success ✨.

‘Slimming World changed how I felt on the inside and out and gave me the belief I’d been missing my whole life.’ Meet Poppie, who’s lost an incredible 5st 9lbs (35.8kg) and has been named a 2026 Slimming World Icon!

After a tough trip to Disneyland Paris that left her feeling embarrassed, self-conscious and anything but magical, Poppie decided enough was enough. One night, while scrolling social media, she spotted an advert for Slimming World and made the decision to join. Walking into her local group and meeting her Consultant Donna for the first time, she felt nothing but warmth and support from everybody there ❤️.
